Henkel Strengthens Internal Leadership Competencies

Henkel recently announced the appointment of Molly O. Schneider as human resources generalist, supporting 130 employees at its manufacturing facility in City of Industry, California.

Henkel recently announced the appointment of Molly O. Schneider as human resources generalist, supporting 130 employees at its manufacturing facility in City of Industry, California. In her new role, Schneider will manage the administration of North American human resources policies, procedures and programs.

“Molly is a great example of the well-rounded and diversified pool of internal managers and leaders Henkel is developing for our future,” said Jennifer Marasco, director, Human Resources. “We are providing opportunities like these for our high potential employees to gain experience in multiple functional areas, various industries, and even multiple countries.”

Schneider joined Henkel in 1999 and most recently served as quality control supervisor for the Deleware, Ohio facility. She was responsible for quality control, safety coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. Schneider holds a B.S. in Biology from Denison University, and a M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
