Norbert Koll is President of Henkel Consumer Goods Inc., which markets a wide range of consumer brands including Dial® soaps, Purex® laundry detergents and Right Guard® antiperspirants. He is responsible for all the laundry and personal care businesses in the U.S. 

Prior to becoming President of Henkel Consumer Goods, Koll was Corporate Senior Vice President of Schwarzkopf Professional at Henkel. Koll joined the company in 2005 as General Manager of Schwarzkopf & Henkel, Retail and also served as Corporate Senior Vice President of cosmetics and toiletries for specific regions.

Before joining Henkel, Koll served as President of healthcare company Fresenius Group, and also worked at consumer goods companies Gillette, Wella and Proctor & Gamble. He received a business administration degree from the University of Cologne in Germany.
