PRISM rotation program in Henkel Adhesive Technologies

In 2010 Henkel introduced the PRISM rotation program in its Adhesive Technologies - General Industries (AG) business unit. Henkel Adhesives Technologies believes in securing the future of our Company by developing talented people within the AG organization. This program was designed to hire high-potential recent college graduates and train and assimilate them in key AG functions, systems, processes, products and our unique culture.  

PRISM Associates attend a 2-week comprehensive training session on AG products and technologies followed by rotations in the following AG functions over a 12- 24 month period.  This program is designed to afford participants unparalleled experience and insight into how the largest adhesive company in the world remains at the top of the industry.
